Where we ship from
Orders ship from California, United States.

When your order ships
Sterling silver pieces are ready to ship and leave within 2 business days. 14K and 18K gold pieces are made to order and take 4 to 6 weeks to make before they ship.

Shipping options
At checkout you can choose USPS, Economy or Express within the United States, and USPS or Express International for other countries. Rates are shown at checkout.

Delivery times
We make every attempt to deliver quickly. Shipping charges are not refunded on late deliveries.

Tracking and insurance
Every order gets a tracking number. Every shipment is insured: if a parcel is lost, you are refunded once the post office reimburses us.

International orders
Customs duties and import taxes are paid by the customer.

Local pickup
Pickup is available by appointment in Sonoma County, California. Email us to arrange it.

Packaging
Every piece arrives in a velvet pouch with an authentication card; 14K and 18K gold pieces come in a branded luxury box. We do not offer gift wrapping.
