Kavacha Designs | Sacred Armor™ makes amulets in sterling silver that open. A family chooses what goes inside, whether the one they love was buried or cremated.
What can go inside
A lock of hair.
A thread of cloth. From a favorite shirt, a scarf, a wedding veil, a uniform.
A handwritten prayer. Or a few lines they loved.
A name. Their name, their dates or a few words in their own handwriting, on a slip of paper.
Earth or a petal. Soil from a place they loved, or a petal from the service flowers.
A small amount of ashes, for families who choose cremation.
Families place it themselves, at home.
The Kerala designs
Engraving is available on the Kerala designs. Jayashri confirms every detail with you before it is made. Engraved and custom pieces are final sale.
